Changes to Shipping Policies

Effective immediately, we have changed some aspects of how we ship keys and products.


We no longer offer the option for regular postal mail for small key orders.  We were finding that these shipments were simply just taking too long, or being lost or misplaced and were non trackable.  Now this option has been eliminated as we have automated all of our shipping processes with ALL carriers.


We now have BOTH Canada Post AND United Parcel Service (UPS) as trackable options on shipments from   This will give the client a comprehensive option to choose from either carrier and choose the best price based on their delivery location.  Please use a physical address for checkout and NOT PO Boxes.


Both UPS and Canada Post are fully integrated with and providing real time shipping rates.  So once you enter in a shipping address, the Carrier will be contacted automatically with your shopping cart contents and weight and provide an accurate rate based on your required shipping address.


For Stocked orders, as well as routine orders they will ship generally the following business day.  Special orders and back ordered products will ship once they are ready.


When your orders are completed you will receive a notification email (provided you have entered one correctly on your order) which will provide your tracking number for either carrier.


We have implemented these changes to give you our clients a better level of service.  We want to be your number one choice for replacement office furniture keys.
