Support Tickets

After much hard work in December and January of this year, we are pleased to announce that we have implemented a support ticket system to better track our client inquiries on orders and product inquiries.

As we are growing, we simply receive a high number of emails daily and your emails are very important to us.  We needed a way to ensure that we are able to track requests.  So when you email our support email a Client Case is immediately automatically created and you are informed of your specific case number.  Once your case is assigned to an agent, you will receive correspondence regarding your inquiry.  Having this system in place will better allow OfficeKeys.ca to respond to your request.

Product Search Enhancement

We are very excited to say that we have redesigned our search functionality and look on OfficeKeys.ca.

Our left side product navigation bar has changed recently.

For those of you who regularly visit OfficeKeys.ca, you would have noticed this change already in the past few days. For those who haven’t visited recently, please visit us and check out the change. We have listened to your comments.

What our new product search does:

– It now shows at a glance how many items/products (product count) are in a specific product category so you know for sure that there are some further options to look through.

– When you click on the check box to the left of an option, your product choices will narrow down to help you find what you are looking for, and the right side of the screen will refresh as you toggle the available options. Just unclick if you want to want to see more categories/product. Or just click on “Store” in the blue navigation to refresh everything from the start.

– When you look at the navigation bar to the right of any Category Title, if there is an (+) to the right of it, you can click on that and it will quickly allow you to see the sub categories available without narrowing down the search.

– We know that our product categories are nicely organized for the ease of search and we will be enhancing this as well going forward. We want to make it easy for you to find the items on OfficeKeys.ca fast and easy!

In addition, on the top right corner of every page on our website is a search field. You are also able to search for content here as well. You are able to search by Product Manufacturer, Lock Manufacturer, or lock number, or any product information within our product pages. You will also notice that our search function in this search now has a live function, so as you type in your search request your possible suggested options will appear and they will stop once you hit enter.

We wanted to take the time to say thank you all for your continued business and support and as we grow, we will be enhancing our service to you our valued client!

Now that we have enhanced our product searches, we will be focussing on adding more products and options from our valued supplier partners.

OfficeKeys.ca would like to take a moment to wish all of our Clients, and Product Vendors, and Business Associates to wish you all a very Happy New Year.  We hope that 2019 brings lots of happiness, good luck, and being very prosperous in the coming year.

We most certainly thank you for all of your business and support in 2018 and look forward to being a great service provider in 2019.  We are going to be adding more content from our Vendor partners, as well as some upgrades to OfficeKeys.ca in the new year so please watch for details as they are announced.

Changes to Shipping Policies

Effective immediately, we have changed some aspects of how we ship keys and products.

 

We no longer offer the option for regular postal mail for small key orders.  We were finding that these shipments were simply just taking too long, or being lost or misplaced and were non trackable.  Now this option has been eliminated as we have automated all of our shipping processes with ALL carriers.

 

We now have BOTH Canada Post AND United Parcel Service (UPS) as trackable options on shipments from OfficeKeys.ca.   This will give the client a comprehensive option to choose from either carrier and choose the best price based on their delivery location.  Please use a physical address for checkout and NOT PO Boxes.

 

Both UPS and Canada Post are fully integrated with OfficeKeys.ca and providing real time shipping rates.  So once you enter in a shipping address, the Carrier will be contacted automatically with your shopping cart contents and weight and provide an accurate rate based on your required shipping address.

 

For Stocked orders, as well as routine orders they will ship generally the following business day.  Special orders and back ordered products will ship once they are ready.

 

When your orders are completed you will receive a notification email (provided you have entered one correctly on your order) which will provide your tracking number for either carrier.

 

We have implemented these changes to give you our clients a better level of service.  We want to be your number one choice for replacement office furniture keys.
