After much hard work in December and January of this year, we are pleased to announce that we have implemented a support ticket system to better track our client inquiries on orders and product inquiries.

As we are growing, we simply receive a high number of emails daily and your emails are very important to us.  We needed a way to ensure that we are able to track requests.  So when you email our support email a Client Case is immediately automatically created and you are informed of your specific case number.  Once your case is assigned to an agent, you will receive correspondence regarding your inquiry.  Having this system in place will better allow to respond to your request.

Effective immediately please email for any and all support related question regarding Orders, Product inquiries, etc.
